Please note the following rules regarding use of the spa:
- Children under 5 years old are not permitted in the spa building.
- Children aged 5-16 must be constantly supervised by their parents while using the swimming pool.
- Children are not allowed to use the spa bath, steam room, or sauna.
- Jumping, diving, splashing, screaming, or generally disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
- Children over 5 years old may use the pool and changing areas only during the following specified times:

• Monday - Friday: 14:00 - 17:00

Classic Double Room. The Classic Rooms are each individually furnished. It features a king size bed and a combined bath and shower. Twin beds are also available upon request. ;
Deluxe Double Room. The Deluxe Rooms are each individually furnished for to give an authentic country house feel with views of the River Thames and the Chiltern Hills beyond. South facing, it features a super king size bed, and a combined bath and shower. Guests can choose between a balcony access or four-poster bed, subject to availability. ;
Superior Room. The Superior Rooms are larger in size with views varying across the property. It features a super king size bed. Rooms with walk-in showers are available and subject to availability. Dogs are welcome to stay in selected ground floor rooms. Please contact the property in advance to request these rooms and confirm availability. ;
Junior Suite. The Junior Suites come with a lounge area and master bedroom. It features a super king bed, separate lounge area, air conditioning, mood lighting, lift mounted plasma TV, walk in shower and stand-alone bath. ;
Duplex Suite. Each Duplex Suite is split over two levels and is unique in design and detail. It is equipped with the latest high-tech mood lighting and air conditioning. The room also includes a bedroom with Emperor size bed, an additional seating area and open plan bathroom with elegant freestanding bath. The master bedroom is located on upper level and the suite also features a natural mat mattress, air conditioning, mood lighting, lift mounted plasma TV, walk in shower and roll-top bath.
